Why Feet Deserve More Credit Than Your Phone Battery 👣

Let’s be honest… most of us only notice our feet when they start filing complaints. But here’s the reality: your feet have been working overtime since day one—no coffee breaks, no vacations, no HR department.

They are their own department.

👣 They hold up your entire body
👣 They help you get places at every hour of the day
👣 They absorb thousands of steps and absorb way more pressure than your group chat drama

And yet… they get ignored like that one email you keep marking “unread.” 🙈

In reflexology, feet are basically the body’s control panel. Treat them well, and everything else might just cooperate a little more (no promises, though—we’re still talking about life).

A little foot care can go a long way:
