If you are already on the path towards awakening to higher consciousness or are even just open to it and are definitely interested in improving your mental health, I strongly encourage you to listen to “On Purpose” with Jay Shetty.

While I have only listened to about ten episodes, I pick up at least a few tidbits or techniques EVERY TIME that I can’t wait to share with at least one of my current counseling clients. I also utilize what I learn on my own journey towards a happier and more rewarding experience of life. He provides healthy tips and techniques, interviews highly insightful guests, and asks questions I am also thinking as a listener.
