On the days you want to quit and start over again.

Because real change isn’t built on hype it’s built on showing up consistently, even when it feels messy.

And sometimes?

Showing up means using support instead of forcing willpower.

That might look like:

• Getting your steps in instead of going all-or-nothing

Most women over 35 have spent years under-fueling their bodies in the name of “being disciplined.”

And eventually, your body adapts. It burns fewer calories, holds onto fat, and turns cravings way up not because it’s broken, but because it’s trying to protect you.

That’s where reverse dieting comes in.

Reverse dieting isn’t a free-for-all. It’s a slow, intentional rebuild. Small weekly calorie increases. Enough fuel to support hormones, muscle, and energy again.
