I love this!!

There should be no set rule for everyone. What works for one doesn’t mean it will work for another.

I will die on this hill!!

Thank you for speaking out on this!!

When you start a GLP-1 and the food noise goes quiet, you finally have to face the real reasons you kept starting over…

Everyone loves to hype the weight loss, the smaller jeans, the I’m finally not thinking about food 24/7.

And yes, that part is incredible.

But here’s what actually blindsides most women in their late 30s and 40s:
When the food noise goes quiet…
When your appetite isn’t screaming at you…
When you’re not battling cravings all day…
You’re suddenly left face-to-face with the real patterns that kept you stuck.

The exhaustion.
The burnout.
The emotional eating habits you built from surviving.
The years of under-fueling, over-training, people-pleasing, rushing, fixing, giving, and never resting.

Peptides don’t just help your hunger.

They give you the SPACE to finally see the truth:
You aren’t “undisciplined.”
You’re not “lazy.”
You’re not “broken.”

You’re overwhelmed, under-supported, and doing the best you can with a nervous system running on fumes.

And once the noise quiets?

You finally have the clarity to build habits that actually stick not because you’re trying harder…but because your body finally isn’t fighting you anymore.

This is the transformation no one warns you about the one that happens on the inside first.

Comment PEPTIDES if you’re ready for that kind of shift
and I’ll send you the info on the exact tools I used (and coach with) to help women in their 40s finally feel in control again.

Most women 35+ have never been told that creatine is one of the most powerful tools they can use to protect their strength, metabolism, and energy especially if they’re on a GLP-1.

It’s safe. It’s researched. And it’s one of my daily non-negotiables.

If you’re ready to look strong, feel strong, and age like you mean it.

Follow for more real, simple, midlife health strategies that actually work.

Rules told you to shrink, to be quiet, to eat less, to smile more.

To “be good,” “be disciplined,” and pretend burnout was normal.

But the truth?

Following all the rules is exactly why you feel stuck, exhausted, and disconnected from yourself.

Fun… confidence… energy… strength…

They come from breaking the rules that were never designed for a woman in her 30s, 40s, 50s with a real life, real stress, and real goals.

A better body doesn’t come from restriction.

A better LIFE doesn’t come from perfection.

It comes from choosing yourself.

Fueling your body.

Lifting heavy.

Eating food you actually enjoy.

Creating your own damn rules.

If you’re tired of playing by “their rules” and you’re ready to build strength, confidence, and real results on your terms follow .

I’ll show you how women in their 40s are losing weight, gaining energy, and rewriting the blueprint without restriction, shame, or burnout.

Your next chapter gets to be fun. Let’s build it.

Ask me how I know.

My labs were “normal.”

My symptoms? Apparently in my head.

Meanwhile I gained 40+ pounds in under a year, exhausted, inflamed, and barely functioning.

Normal?

No.

My body was waving every red flag it had.

So I kept digging because deep down I knew something was wrong.

And guess what?
I wasn’t crazy.
I was sick.

Lyme. EBV. Mold toxicity.
Three heavy hitters… that somehow didn’t show up under “normal.”

And here’s the part no one talks about:
Years of under-eating, overtraining, and running on zero sleep didn’t just “catch up to me”
they broke me down enough for all of this to take over.

The weight gain wasn’t “letting myself go.”
It was my body screaming for help.

And that’s when I started using tools that actually supported healing instead of masking symptoms:

NAD+ for energy, cellular repair, and resilience
Glutathione to support detox + inflammation
REST
Nutrition that fueled me instead of draining me
Movement that rebuilt me instead of punishing me.
Microdosing GLP-1 for insulin resistance & inflammation

Those weren’t shortcuts
they were lifelines.
If your doctor says “everything looks normal,” but you know damn well something is off…
advocate for yourself.
Get a second opinion.
Find a practitioner who actually listens.

And don’t you dare settle for suffering because someone else can’t see what you feel.

Your body is always telling the truth
sometimes the labs just need to catch up.

If this hit home and you’re tired of being dismissed, gaslit, or told “you’re fine,”

Comment PEPTIDES and I’ll send you info so you can explore the same tools that helped me take my life back.

You don’t have to stay stuck.
And you definitely don’t have to do it alone.

“You have what it takes to be a victorious, independent, and fearless woman.”

– Tyra Banks

And not because you hustle harder.

But because you finally trust your body, honor your needs, and lead with truth over performance.

You don’t need fixing. You need fueling physically, mentally, emotionally.

That’s where real strength lives.

12/08/2025

Here’s the part no one talks about…

Most women will believe they “let themselves go.”

Meanwhile, life has been chewing them up and spitting them out for YEARS.

That was me.

I didn’t gain weight because I stopped caring..

I gained weight because I spent YEARS doing exactly what YOU were told to do:

Eating as little as possible
Overtraining like it was a personality trait
Sleeping 4–5 hours because “I’ll rest when things calm down”
Stressing, pushing, performing, surviving.

And my body finally tapped out.
It wasn’t a lack of willpower.
It was a lack of nourishment.
It was a lack of recovery.

It was my metabolism saying, “Girl, we cannot live like this anymore.”

The weight gain wasn’t the problem.

The breakdown was the moment everything I had been ignoring finally demanded attention.

And if you’re in that season tired, inflamed, heavier than you’ve ever been, confused because you’re doing “everything right”…
listen carefully:

You’re not broken.
You’re not lazy.
You’re not starting from scratch.
You are being REBUILT.

Your body isn’t punishing you, it’s protecting you.

And when you start nourishing instead of restricting, supporting instead of grinding, healing instead of hustling…
that’s when everything shifts.

Your comeback doesn’t start with a smaller body
it starts with a supported one.

No one talks about how brutal that transition really is.

Going from the strongest version of yourself.

To the version who walks into the house after work exhausted…

heavier…

and wondering how the hell did I get here?

Here’s the truth I wish someone had told me sooner:

I didn’t gain weight because I “let myself go.”
I gained weight because my body finally cashed a check I’d been writing for years.

Years of:
Under-eating
Overtraining
Sleeping 4–5 hours
Running on stress hormones
Ignoring the signs
Pushing through chronic fatigue and illness because “strong women don’t quit,” right?

Except my body wasn’t quitting.
It was protecting me.
It was pulling the emergency brake I refused to pull myself.

Weight gain wasn’t the problem it was the symptom of burnout, biology, and a body that was tired of surviving.

And if you’ve been there too
confused, discouraged, embarrassed, or pi**ed off at the mirror
you’re not alone.
You’re not broken.
And you damn sure didn’t fail.

You just finally hit the point where your body said,
Enough. It’s my turn.
This version of me?
She’s not weak.

She’s the one who finally learned to ask for support, rebuild her health, and get honest about what wasn’t working.

And that’s where your real transformation begins.
If this hit home and you’re ready for a 360° transformation, type TREATYOSELF in the comments and I’ll send you the link to my EllieMD page.

Let’s rebuild your strength from the inside out.

First stop?!

Protein.

That’s the foundation always. From there, I refill my pantry staples:

rice
potatoes
granola
pasta (yes, I eat pasta—and you can too)

Then I look at fiber but make it real food.

Think: broccoli, black beans, quinoa, spinach.
More plants, more nourishment, more energy that actually lasts.

Don’t forget the fats the good kind and the fun kind:

olive oil, coconut oil, avocado, nuts, seeds… and yep, even bacon.

Not sure what to do with all this once it’s in your cart?

One year I was in the best shape of my life.
Strong. Consistent. Confident.
Then the next year.
Life hit me.
Hard.
Stress. Hormones. Illness. Exhaustion.
Little fires everywhere.

And before I knew it, I wasn’t “that girl” anymore.
I didn’t take many pictures that year.
Because every time I looked in the mirror, I saw a version of myself I wasn’t ready to accept.

Because taking a photo felt like admitting I had slipped.

Because the shame was louder than my strength.

Because how did I go from my strongest to my heaviest in just over a year?!

It felt like losing a part of myself.
And I didn’t want proof of it.

But here’s what I didn’t understand back then:
Weight gain doesn’t mean you failed.
It means you were human.
It means life was heavier than your routine.
It means you were surviving, not slipping.
It means your body needed help, not judgment.
And even without pictures…
that version of me is still part of my story.
She’s the reason I coach the way I do now.
She’s the reason I refuse to let women suffer in silence.

If you’re in that season now avoiding pictures, avoiding mirrors, avoiding yourself…
You’re not alone.
You’re not broken.
And you are NEVER too far gone to rewrite your story.

If you’re done hiding from photos, and if you’re ready for a 360 transformation, inside and out.

Type TREATYOSELF and I’ll send you the link so you can jump into my holiday promo and finally get the support your body has been begging for.
