After a career in technology, Alex Taylor found his true calling - helping people navigate life’s challenges with more clarity, resilience, and self-compassion. Now a dedicated therapist at MLB Therapy, Alex works with teens and adults facing anxiety, depression, family dynamics, and major life transitions like divorce, career shifts, or relocation.
His approach blends evidence-based models like CBT and motivational interviewing with mindfulness and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), always tailoring each session to what a client truly needs.
Alex believes therapy should be a supportive, nonjudgmental space, one where you can sort through hard things, reconnect with your values, and begin to feel more grounded and confident in your day-to-day life.
He currently offers evening and Saturday morning appointments to support busy clients.
Outside the therapy room, Alex is a lifelong learner who enjoys hiking, camping, and traveling with his family. He’s committed to providing inclusive, culturally sensitive care for every client he serves.
