Daydreaming about this seasonal shift 🌿
Longer days & Warmer air. More excuses to take sessions outside or squeeze in an evening walk before it gets dark. 🤸♀️
And in the kitchen — a shift, too. Lighter meals. Fresh greens. Asparagus, snap peas, radishes, carrots, strawberries, herbs that actually smell like spring. Foods that feel brighter and a little less heavy than winter. 🍅🫑🫐
Seasonal changes are a reminder that wellness doesn’t have to stay the same year-round. Our movement, our meals, and our routines can shift too.
