Daydreaming about this seasonal shift 🌿

Longer days & Warmer air. More excuses to take sessions outside or squeeze in an evening walk before it gets dark. 🤸‍♀️

And in the kitchen — a shift, too. Lighter meals. Fresh greens. Asparagus, snap peas, radishes, carrots, strawberries, herbs that actually smell like spring. Foods that feel brighter and a little less heavy than winter. 🍅🫑🫐

Seasonal changes are a reminder that wellness doesn’t have to stay the same year-round. Our movement, our meals, and our routines can shift too.

As we march into warmer weather, walking naturally becomes part of the routine again — more time outside, longer evenings, extra steps without even thinking about it. 🧗🚶‍♀️🚴‍♂️

Explore how stress moves through the body—and what helps it move out. In this workshop, we’ll break down the stress cycle, why your body can feel stuck in these moments, and practical ways to support your nervous system using simple wellness and nutrition tools.🌱☀

What We’ll Cover:
• The Stress Cycle
• Supporting the Nervous System through practices you can integrate right away
• Nourishment for your body through foundational support

Discover the premier integrative wellness center in Berks County. Ampersand Integrative Wellness has a long back story that includes its creators traveling down a winding path before coming onto the wellness scene in Wyomissing, PA.

We will give you the short version.

It started like any good dream does: as a question...turned idea...turned reality. A few individuals with similar lifestyles, but very different modalities and practices began to collaborate. As these individuals became friends, they had a spark and the plans began to grow. These practitioners began to realize that if they could work in tandem with one another to provide whole body and mind integrative healing...clients would begin healing better, faster, and with a positive feeling of total support.

The question they were asking ~ “Why don’t we create a place where clients can fulfill all their wellness needs in holistic way under one roof?”
