Some of the smallest nutrients in your body have a major impact on gut and overall health.🦠

➡️At the same time, a well-functioning gut is required to properly break down food and absorb those nutrients into the body.

When we talk about “energy,” we’re really talking about how efficiently your body produces ATP—the fuel your cells run on.🧠🔋

Just like the saying says…. ‘You Miss 100% of the shots you don’t take’

One of the best and most beneficial pieces of advice is simply to try and keep on trying. Do it tired, Do it stressed, Do it unmotivated.

When you try something new, even if you fail, you have the opportunity to learn something about yourself, build resilience, and get one step closer to where you want to be.

Progress doesn’t come from getting it perfect. It comes from showing up.

The truth is, you can’t control everything life throws your way. What you can control is how you move through it — with awareness, patience, and a willingness to do the hard parts well.👏

In this movement Jesse talks about “embracing the suck.” The slow lowering phase of the leg (the eccentric part) is where the real work happens. It’s difficult, but that controlled challenge is what helps build stability and strength over time. Most people focus on lifting the leg, but strength actually develops in the slow return — when the muscles are working hardest.💪🏋️

Are you ready to stop surviving and begin thriving?

Discover the premier integrative wellness center in Berks County. Ampersand Integrative Wellness has a long back story that includes its creators traveling down a winding path before coming onto the wellness scene in Wyomissing, PA.

We will give you the short version.

It started like any good dream does: as a question...turned idea...turned reality. A few individuals with similar lifestyles, but very different modalities and practices began to collaborate. As these individuals became friends, they had a spark and the plans began to grow. These practitioners began to realize that if they could work in tandem with one another to provide whole body and mind integrative healing...clients would begin healing better, faster, and with a positive feeling of total support.

The question they were asking ~ “Why don’t we create a place where clients can fulfill all their wellness needs in holistic way under one roof?”
