My Story
Dedicated to empowering individuals to lead healthy, clean, productive lives through service, faith, spirituality, hope, determination, and above all love. Our goal is to achieve this through establishing a framework of agency support, education, life skills development, and community awareness. Our objective is to partner with existing agencies, establish a network of available resources, and offer new opportunities to those in need. Lee Cruz is in long term recovery from alcohol/cocaine. Lee was lost in his addiction for over 28 years of his life his Sobriety date is 5/4/2012 since that date he has moved forward and never looked back. Lee is a man of many titles, in his own words “a man that lives up to a title becomes a prisinor of that title” if you ever sit with him ask him what he means by that and he will explain. Lee started working in the recovery field in 2013 as a case managers assistant then to quickly advance to a Case Manager for Camp Joy affiliated with the YMCA of Reading Berks and then moved on to Haven Behavioral as a Lead Tech. Since moving on Lee has established an all spanish speaking program for the YMCA for men in recovery named “Hacia Adelante” and has now established his own Non-profit program of recovery “Transformations”.
