A graveside service for Jeanna Louise Ann Southard will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, October 15, 2022, in Fellowship Community Cemetery, 7426 Hwy. 112 Elmer, LA, with Reverend Brandon Smith officiating under the direction of Jeane’s Funeral Service.
Jeanna was born August 21, 1956, in DeRidder, LA and passed away peacefully October 11, 2022, at her home in Boyce, LA at the age of 66. She enjoyed making a caring home for her family, and spending time with them was the thing she loved best. Jeanna was their foundation and will be remembered as a loving wife, mother, and grandmother.
Jeanna was preceded in death by her grandparents, Louise Dares, Loyce Roshong, and Essie Roshong.
Those left to cherish her memory are her husband of 25 years, Bill Southard of Boyce;
parents, Leslie Leroy Roshong and Gladys Hanks Killian;
children, Jennifer Shelfo of Boyce, James David Parker Jr. of Leesville, LA, and Jason Parker and wife Courtney of Sieper, LA;
grandchildren, Tanner Woodard, Kayli Parker, and Hunter Parker;
brother, Doug Roshong and wife Shelia of Leesville;
sisters, Patty Jeane and husband Tommy of Oakdale, LA, Donna Erwin, and Tracy Smith and husband Rick all of Leesville;
and a host of extended family members.
