Here are a few things to know before your first class:

• Our weight limit is 275 lbs. We do a private weigh-in before class for fitting purposes so we can safely get you set up in the correct harness.

• Please wear leggings, a t-shirt, and closed-toe tennis shoes.

• We recommend pulling your hair up or back before class.

• We do not recommend bungee classes if you have major back or knee issues, are pregnant, or have had any recent surgeries.

• No minors under 16 are allowed. Anyone ages 16 & 17 must have a parent or guardian present during class.

We want everyone to have a safe, fun experience and feel confident before they walk through the door. If you have any questions before booking, message us and we’ll be happy to help.

Meet Dr. Spring Atkins- Matthews our newest doctor of our team!

Dr. Spring Atkins-Matthews is a Leesville, LA native and a 2024 salutatorian graduate of Parker University 🎓 She is passionate about providing prenatal, postpartum, and pediatric chiropractic care, supporting moms, babies, and families through every stage 🤲👶

In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family, friends, & her 3 pups 🐶 She is certified in Activator Technique and Kinesio Taping 💪 and is currently pursuing her Master’s in Functional Nutrition to better serve her patients with a whole-body approach 📚
