We understand the symptoms of trauma can include depression, anxiety, obsessive-compulsive behaviors, addictions, isolation, attachment issues and a variety of other problems. We have combined talk therapy with courses on parenting, mindfulness, nutrition, yoga to ensure a holistic approach is available to those seeking help.
