Went to Miami yesterday and did the Biggest Loser Run Walk 5K off Road Challenge. It was so much fun. Great Job to my 3 clients Joe, Lesa & Brandi Gudinas!

So this summer I have been busy with personal training clients and things have now slowed up. So I'm starting some classes for all ages. It will be lots of fun and ONLY $5. Lets get ahead start on the New Years!! Come join us with outdoors fitness. Look for information on class times.

We are going to the 5K in Cape Coral this weekend. It should be fun. Some of the clients have never done one so our goal is to stay together and finish. Next week I plan on taking them again and we will beat our time from this week. Very proud of all of them!!!!
