I wanted to clear up any confusion about what happened at The Lehighton Pharmacy this morning. I saw some pretty crazy comments posted… Yes, the DEA and the FBI were at the pharmacy. While technically I suppose it’s called a “raid,” I feel that that term conjures images of armed officers breaking down doors or storming the building with weapons drawn. That was not the case. They came into the pharmacy, asked us a few questions, and looked into some old, stored records. They then told us we could open up to the public for business as usual. The entire encounter was very civil and not at all as dramatic as commenters are making it out to be. I would also like to thank everyone who called the pharmacy to make sure that we were all ok.
