PRIORITIZING JOY OVER PROFIT!

INVESTING IN OUR LITTLES HAS TO BE THE BIGGEST RETURN TO DATE !

I got a chance to go to the East Brookfield headstart Worcester Community Action Council, Inc. And teach a 30 minute mindfulness class!

When we prioritize the things that truly bring joy into our lives it’s as if you’ve never worked a day in your life !

From my work in the ICU to working with organizations in recovery to teaching littles is truly soul filling !

What we did see was little humans trying to navigate an array of little emotions all at once and we gave space for that nourishment and to plant seeds . Seeds of mindfulness, body autonomy and breathing 😮‍💨…

of Lynne Burns Recovery Coaching and I wrapped the second 3 week series of : NERVOUS SYSTEM REBOOT: Awareness to Joy ! With Miracle Mama's ! Kirsten Puccio Keri McCallum !

💎We broke it down in 3 easy and accessible ways. We began with the importance of community building, understanding and having embodied awareness and how to connect to your JOY !

💎We were able to take 20 or so women and journey through this process while connecting importance of nervous system rewiring!

💎Lastly the sound of hearing 20+ women laughing in unison is worth all time, effort and dedication!

We went into a halfway house ( a home for women who have been exploited ) thanks to our long standing partnership with .doody and

We are so honored to bring not just our lives experience but our professional skill set to an organization that is working hard to change the narrative of not just experiences but the story we often get told that we are not worth , we don’t deserve it , no one see us !

WE ARE HERE TO CHANGE THAT NARRATIVE AND BUCK AGAINST TH SYSTEM! WE ARE WORTH IT , WE DESERVE IT AND WE ARE GOING AFTER IT .

These awful dad jokes may not seem significant on surface level , but I promise when you hear a room full of women who’ve experienced some of the worst acts of violence and harm done chuckle in unison you’ve brought healing and laughter simultaneously!
