We work with children from birth to 21 years of age! Office Hours are Monday-Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Service times are available by appointment.

We provide Positive Behavior Supports, Applied Behavior Analysis, Occupational, Speech, Physical Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, and Targeted Case Management for children birth to 21 years & Adults with MPW & SCL Waivers. The mission of EICS is to help children and families reach their full capabilities through innovative therapy, education and training programs. Services offered:

Christmas is such a fun time of year—full of spirit, laughter, and a little extra sparkle ✨🎄

All four EICS clinics have been soaking in the season with festive dress-up days, fun activities with staff and clients, and lots of holiday decorating throughout our clinics. From silly outfits to sweet moments, it’s been a joy celebrating together and spreading Christmas cheer along the way ❤️

✨ Autism can look different in girls ✨

Autism in girls is often overlooked or misunderstood because it doesn’t always match the stereotypes we’re used to seeing. Many girls learn to mask, adapt, or internalize their challenges — which can delay identification and support.

Some common signs may show up in areas like:
💬 Friendships – wanting connection but struggling to maintain or understand social dynamics
💡 Passionate interests – deep, intense interests that bring comfort and joy
📚 School or work – strong performance paired with burnout, anxiety, or perfectionism
🤔 Social situations – frequent misunderstandings, masking, or feeling “out of sync”

Recognizing these signs isn’t about labeling — it’s about understanding, validation, and opening the door to support that truly fits the individual. Every autistic girl deserves to be seen for who she is, not who she’s expected to be. 💛

The holidays bring excitement, celebrations, and togetherness… but they also bring big changes to routines.
For many children, especially those who thrive on structure, these changes can show up as shifts in behavior.

🎄 Changes in daily schedules
🎁 Increased social gatherings
📚 School breaks and disrupted routines

You may notice more meltdowns, withdrawal, irritability, or big emotions, and that’s not “bad behavior.” It’s communication.

💛 What helps:
• Extra patience and grace
• Predictable moments in the day
• Clear expectations
• Quiet breaks when needed

This season, let’s meet kids where they are and remember that regulation comes before celebration.

You’re not doing anything wrong.
They’re not being difficult.
