In a recent seminar on how to “Speak, Sound, and Look Like a Leader,” we addressed various aspects of communication.

Overuse of gestures
Do you use your excessively when speaking? How can you minimize this, or should you even try? Animation is important to show energy or enthusiasm. If you believe you are overusing gestures, check your ‘dancing fingers’! Hold your fingers together and you will appear more controlled and less chaotic.
