Okay but tell me why this looks 100% planned 😂💖

It’s a random Thursday at Five Counties and these two show up dressed like the official “Spring Collection 2026.” 🌸✨ Same scrubs, same vibe, same big smiles.

They swear it wasn’t coordinated… but it gets better. 💙

Come to find out Barb and Carla have worked together for YEARS and have some wild stories to share. You just know there’s history there — the kind that comes with laughter, loyalty, and a few “you won’t believe what happened” moments. 😂

We are so incredibly lucky to have you both on our team — and our residents are lucky too. Experience, friendship, and a whole lot of heart… that’s what makes Five Counties special. 💕

Happy Love Your Pet Day! 🐶🐾 Our residents and staff know that pets bring comfort, joy, and lots of smiles. Here are some of our favorite furry visitors who’ve brightened our days.

These photos capture more than just cute faces — they hold memories of laughter, comfort, companionship, and simple joy. From gentle snuggles to tiny paws reaching out for a pet, each visit has brought warmth to our home and bright smiles to our residents. ❤️

Animals have such a special way of connecting hearts across generations. Looking through these moments reminds us how meaningful those visits truly are.

We are so grateful for every wagging tail and soft cuddle shared with our Five Counties family. 🐾💗
