Tracy Counseling Center Counseling and wellness services offered in a compassionate atmosphere for individuals and families using a variety of treatment systems.

This practice follows a wellness treatment model and believes that successful therapy involves a partnership between the client and therapist. Our office provides comprehensive counseling services for all ages. Centered in a holistic approach, we emphasize wellness through helping clients develop new thinking and behavior patterns so they can overcome the past, live in the present and lay a blueprint for the future. Dr. Tracy and his associates use an integrative system of therapies tailored to client needs. We are culturally sensitive and work collaboratively with individuals and families from all backgrounds. Our office also offers sports and athletic enhancement counseling, mindfulness, relaxation and stress reduction training. Dr. Tracy has been a teacher and professor of counseling and psychology for 15 years and is a licensed counselor, approved clinical supervisor and holds additional credentials in Reality Therapy, child and adolescent counseling, and crisis management. Dr. Tracy and his associates also specialize in couples and family counseling. Most insurances are accepted and there is a sliding fee for cash or underinsured individuals.
