Kim is wonderful!
It’s sort of funny to spend downtime thinking, reading, and listening to podcasts about stress, but I understand the devastating consequences of stress, and I care. Meditation helps. Twenty minutes twice a day over months/years eases the beast, but what if we need relief NOW?
