Kim is wonderful!

It’s sort of funny to spend downtime thinking, reading, and listening to podcasts about stress, but I understand the devastating consequences of stress, and I care. Meditation helps. Twenty minutes twice a day over months/years eases the beast, but what if we need relief NOW?

Acupuncture manages stress fast and systemically, as nothing else can! I feel compelled to teach those who don’t know and remind those who do, that YOU have access to a simple, inexpensive tool to manage stress before it manages YOU.
