Simply Yoga provides Vinyasa Flow classes for beginners and yogis who have been at it a lifetime. Basic, All Level, and Advanced Power Level classes will be available. Classes are generally 60 minutes and are conducted in an 80-85 degree environment. It’s not hot yoga, but it’s warm enough to help you get your blood flowing and detox your mind and body. If you have any questions in the meantime, feel free to fill out the contact form and we will get back to you. We hope to build a yoga community with in the Lemont community that we are proud to be a part of!!! Check back often for progress updates and keep an eye out for our Groupons!! See you soon!!

We're wrapping up our month of gratitude with a FREE Yoga weekend! From 11/28- 11/30, all classes are free as a way to say thanks to all of you who have been with us, and those who are yet to join us on this wonderful journey 🙏🏽 All current subscriptions will be paused for the weekend, and all class packs will also be put on hold. Classes are limited to 30 spots, and all participants must sign up ahead of time. Sign up online, through the Momence app, or in-person 🌟 Come try out a class for the first time or go to the class you've been loving for years ✨️ We can't wait to see you!
