Our talented Franciscan Village Independent Living residents can now say they used cake as a canvas!! 🎂🖌🎨

Our residents participated in "Canvas Cakes: an Edible Craft" and they had a great time!! They had no inspiration pictures to follow, they just doodled right from their imagination. They created both Thanksgiving and Christmas themed cakes, ate some icing, laughed and made some pretty fun memories 😊

With December starting tomorrow, this activity really brought the ✨festive✨ Christmas vibe into the Village...🎄

Celebrating in the best way we know how, with Brunch!! Fr. Ken started the party with prayer and fun stories. We served waffles, potatoes, eggs and bacon and they loved it! We thank our Life Enrichment team Jazmin, Joe, Liz and Norma for helping make this so special.
