Today Deepali and Molly stopped by the Village of Willowbrook for Deepali's Health Talk, Heart-Healthy Habits in the Golden Years 💛

Our Guests had so many great questions for Deepali to share her knowledge of. Did you know you shouldn't eat sugar before bed? Did you know salt-free nuts are a great late night snack? Did you know buttermilk helps with Acid Reflux?

Deepali cooked up a Quinoa Salad and paired that with a fresh Fruit Salad!! How delicious 🤩 We are so proud of Molly and Deepali - cannot wait to see what they share next!

It's time for Culinary Creations with Jazmin!! 👩‍🍳✨🥔

Here's Jaz cooking up some Potato Pancakes for our Residents! Jaz used instant potato mix to create the base of this dish. She used cheese and ground beef (which she seasoned and added some onion to) as the filling, combined all those ingredients to create pancakes, then cooked until golden brown.

Jazmin recommends serving these with sour cream (some residents recommended serving this with applesauce too). Delish!! 😋
