We are so happy to welcome Caitlin Smith back to State College! She will be doing some subbing as well as sharing the Saturday morning class with Jean. She will also be running a Foundations class starting in October. Welcome back Caitlin!

Yoga classes daily! All yoga classes are 90 minutes. Mondays 9:15 and 5:30. Tuesdays 9 and 5:30. Wednesdays 9 and 5:30. Thursdays 9 and 5:30. Fridays 9 and 4:30. Saturdays at 8:30 and 10:15. We also have introductory courses available that run in 5 week sessions. See website for details.
