For YEARS, I was stuck in a cycle. Starting over again and again.
A new diet. New rules.
The same promise: “this time, I’ll stick to it.”
And for a while… I would.
I’d lose weight, feel hopeful, think I finally figured it out.
But then life would get busy. And I couldn’t keep up with a plan that didn’t fit my day-to-day reality.
So I’d fall off… and end up right back where I started. Again.
Eventually, I thought I was the problem.
That I needed more discipline, more willpower, more restriction.
But the truth?
I didn’t need to try harder — I needed something that actually fit my life.
When I finally changed that… everything changed.
𝟱𝟳 𝗽𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱𝘀 𝗹𝗼𝘀𝘁.
But more importantly… I stopped starting over.
I have my energy back. I feel in control again.
