We are now apart of Central Penn Acupuncture and Wellness!

We offer massage therapy, yoga, yoga therapy, meditation, local artist and handmade gifts, classes & workshops. We have both walk in hours and hours by appointment. Massage, Yoga Therapy and Nutrition are by appointment and can be booked online, by phone, or in person. We have ample parking available behind our building with a back entrance for easy access. You can reserve your spot for a class or workshop online, by phone, or in person.
