Catholic Community Health had a great evening on Saturday supporting Gaudeamus 2025! This annual celebration raises funds to provide scholarships for students to attend Catholic schools across the Archdiocese of Kansas City in Kansas. We’re proud to support this wonderful mission and the future of Catholic education.

Come out Sunday, November 9th, from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM and enjoy a delicious meal while supporting a wonderful cause.

All proceeds directly support the Little Sisters of the Poor community and help provide care for their residents. ❤️

Our Catholic Community Hospice (CCH) team came together to create a beautiful Annual Memorial Ceremony — a sacred time to honor and remember the families who have had loved ones on our services. It was a day filled with love, reflection, and gratitude. 🩷

Dementia can be an incredibly difficult journey — for both the individual and their loved ones. We’re grateful for the wisdom and compassion shared by Priscilla Salinas and Sister Lucero Garcia, reminding us that dignity and God’s presence remain even through memory loss.

At Catholic Community Health, we walk alongside families through every step of this journey — offering care, understanding, and hope. 🙏
