One of our favorite traditions at CCH is Christmas caroling for our home care clients and hospice patients. The joy on their faces, the shared memories, and the simple comfort of familiar songs remind us why we do what we do. These visits are about more than music—they’re about connection, compassion, and celebrating the season together. 🎄✨

Our CEO, Brad Heidrick, was proud to celebrate the Sisters of St. Anne during the 150-year anniversary Mass with Archbishop Emeritus Joseph F. Naumann at Prince of Peace! We are truly grateful for the care they provide at Villa St. Francis and the impact they make on our residents.

We accompany them, pray with them and entrust them to the mercy of God. The church reminds us that our care doesn’t end with their last breath. Love doesn’t end there, either. In fact, our love — expressed through prayer — becomes even more powerful." 🙏
