If your newborn’s reflux is getting worse instead of better, you’re not failing.
What you’re dealing with is real, exhausting, and heartbreaking to watch. Feeding your baby shouldn’t feel like a battle, and yet here you are trying everything, researching constantly, and still not seeing improvement.
Here’s what we see all the time in our office: babies who’ve been diagnosed with reflux, put on medication, given different formulas, and still struggling. Because no one’s looking at why their little body can’t digest comfortably in the first place.
The treatments aren’t wrong—they’re just only addressing the symptom, not the cause. And when the root issue is physical tension from birth or positioning, no amount of medication or formula changes will fix it.
If you’ve been told “some babies just have reflux” or “they’ll grow out of it,” but your gut is telling you there’s more to the story—trust that instinct.
Save this if you’re navigating reflux with your little one, or share it with a mama who needs to see it 🤍
