POSITIVE POST - I just had to call Amazon for customer support. They were so nice and helpful and apologetic and took care of the problem. I know they are a huge company that makes it hard for the little guy, but at least they know how to respect their customers and own their mistakes! It WAS had to find he number to call, but once I found it I had great support-which is VERY HARD to find nowadays!

It's just that simple. Self care, kindness, patience- that cultivates health. I work hard on this, and I fail a lot. But every time I lean in to the discomfort of life and try to learn, I am that much farther away from self destruction and closer to healing my wounds.
