It was the most magnificent day for our Alumni event! We celebrated recovery with lakeside yoga, bracelet making and a fireside chat filled with hope and love. Thank you to all of our alums who were able to attend!

We are thrilled to announce we now offer trauma sensitive yoga each Monday at 10am for self-identified survivors of trauma.

Led by Brianne Jewell, this evidence based intervention is for the treatment of complex trauma and/or treatment resistant PTSD.
