Good for most problems we face in life...

When solving a problem, the first step can always be to stop and remind yourself that you know a lot more than you think you do.

Anxiety will make it seem like you can't do it and are destined to fail. But your anxiety is lying to you.

You have more experience, more knowledge, more courage, and more creativity than you give yourself credit for. You have a long track record of figuring things out, and that experience matters.

So go try. You're your own secret weapon.
