Garden Villas North Really Tipped Their Hats on National Hat Day!

Our dear residents celebrated in style with quirky hats and upbeat music by John Scott, “The Man of Many Hats.” We topped it off with a whimsical Mad Hatter’s Pub & Happy Hour—complete with themed cocktails and snacks. A perfect afternoon to relax, laugh, and enjoy time with friends!

It is with mixed emotions that we share the pending sale of Delmar Gardens of Creve Coeur to OPCO Skilled Management, effective February 1, 2026.

We want to express our deepest gratitude to each and every resident, family member and devoted staff for their unwavering support, and allowing us the privilege of serving them.

The Delmar Gardens Family is committed to a smooth transition and have been assured that the dear residents and staff will remain at the heart of every decision going forward. This transaction applies to the Creve Coeur property only and there are no plans to pursue additional divestitures. Delmar Gardens continues to have the privilege of serving over 2,000 seniors at 10 locations in the St. Louis metropolitan area.

Ringing in the New Year at Garden Villas!

Garden Villas residents welcomed the New Year in style with a sparkling New Year’s Eve celebration to remember! From a champagne countdown, festive crowns, and cheerful noisemakers to a surprise balloon drop from the balcony as we sang Auld Lang Syne, the night was filled with joy, laughter, and celebration.

New Year’s Eve Dinner Menu :
• Shrimp Cocktail
• Mixed Greens with Mandarin Oranges & Almonds, finished with Raspberry Vinaigrette
• Choice of:
– Rainbow Trout Piccata
– Beef Tenderloin with Horseradish Cream

There’s something especially meaningful about a handwritten note. One of our residents recently shared a heartfelt letter expressing her gratitude for the “3 J’s” — Jeremy, Julie, and Joe and the Division 700 staff at Delmar Gardens of Chesterfield, and it truly touched our hearts.

Her words are a powerful reminder that the little things — kindness, consistency, and genuine care — make a big difference.

We thought this was a beautiful way to kick off the new year, celebrating the connections that matter most and the incredible team members who make Delmar Gardens of Chesterfield feel like home while recovering to get back home!

We celebrated a very special member of the Delmar Gardens West family!

After 28 incredible years, we honor the retirement of our beloved Medical Director, Dr. Charles Crecelius. From treating residents like family to guiding us with wisdom and compassion through the challenges of COVID-19 and beyond, his impact is immeasurable. We love his story of how his very first patient, as an intern, was a Delmar Gardens West resident — he started where he ended.

Thank you, Dr. Crecelius, our “Medical Director of the Universe,” for your dedication, heart, and lifelong commitment to our community. You will be deeply missed but never forgotten.
