As we head into the new year, please make sure your insurance is active, as many plans change January 1. If you have questions, visit the Insurance & Financial Responsibilities tab on our website for helpful information!

What you can do:
•Keep windows closed on breezy days
•Change clothes and wash hands/face after outdoor play

📱 TikTok
💬 Snapchat
📷 Instagram
🕹️ Discord
🎮 Online gaming chats (like Roblox, Fortnite, and Minecraft)
📧 Even messaging apps like WhatsApp and iMessage

🔍 What Can Parents Do?
✅ Regularly check in with your child about their online experiences
✅ Monitor devices and social accounts (yes — it’s okay to have the password!)
✅ Use parental control tools and screen time settings
✅ Encourage open, judgment-free conversations about anything that makes them feel uncomfortable online
