Our area is under a Winter Storm Warning beginning tonight, Friday, January 30th at 4 p.m. until Sunday, February 1st at 7 a.m. The emergency department is open 24/7 if you are experiencing a medical emergency. If the operating hours for any UNC Health Caldwell facilities change, we will update the webpage below in addition to posting on Facebook.

Our Quest4Life Wellness Center will update their page as well as on their weather hotline at 828-757-6266. Stay safe and warm this weekend!

Update: We will close at normal time of 9pm tonight. Tomorrow, Thursday Jan. 29th, we will be open 5:30am but will close at 8pm. Our 5:30pm Zumba for tomorrow will be cancelled. All other group exercise classes will be held at their normal times.

Join us at Quest4Life Wellness Center on Tuesday, February 10th for a Galentine's Party! Meet the BLU Aesthetics team, the UNC Heart & Vascular team and the team at Quest. We will have several activities from a photo booth to a free dance class for non-members and members. We hope to see you there!

**Delayed opening for Wednesday January 28th.

To ensure the safety of our members and staff, we will open at 10am tomorrow.

We are continuing to monitor conditions throughout the day. If we decide to adjust our closing hours we will update you here and on our weather hotline at 828-757-6266.

All group exercise classes for tomorrow will be cancelled except our 12:15p express cycle circuit.
QuestFIT will remain open gym for QuestFIT members.
