So Lew had chemo appt at 10 this morning. There is a main water line break in Lenoir. McCreary has no water. We are waiting to hear when he can get in. He is ready💙

Lew is doing ok. Stomach pain from that dump of radiation…medicine helps. He is one tough man💙

Received the message from letter sent

Hello, I am the pastor of First Apostolic Church in Morganton. I received your letter on Wednesday and we took time that night to have special prayer for your son.

God,
Right now we come to You not whispering — but calling out.
We lift up Lew.
A good man. A fighter. A soul that still has living to do, fishing to do, laughing to do, loving to do.
This disease has tried to take space where it doesn’t belong.
So today, Lord, we ask You to invade every cell, every vein, every corner of his body with Your healing power.
Let that Y90 procedure be more than treatment —
let it be a weapon.
Let it hunt down every tumor.
Let radiation become light.
Let light become destruction to anything trying to stay in Lew that doesn’t belong there.
God, calm his body.
Soothe the rash.
Ease the pain.
Give him strength when he feels tired.
Give him peace when fear tries to creep in.
Wrap Debbie in Your protection too.
Give her endurance.
Give her courage.
Give her comfort when the hours feel long.
Let her feel Your presence sitting right beside her.
Lord, remind Lew who he is —
not a patient,
not a diagnosis,
not a statistic —
but a fighter, a husband, a man still meant to live fully.
We ask You to restore him.
We ask You to surprise the doctors.
We ask You to make this procedure a turning point — not a struggle, but a breakthrough.
Cancer picked the wrong man.
Because Lew is covered.
Lew is protected.
Lew is not done yet.
Bring him home safe.
Bring him home stronger.
Bring him home closer to the days where fishing, laughing, and living feel normal again.
God’s got this.
And so does Lew.

Hey everyone. LEW’s chemo rash is really starting to get bad now. Please keep him in your prayers that his liver y90 procedure goes well and the radiation dump kills all of his tumors. Please keep Debbie in your prayers too as she is taking him and sitting with him through the procedure. This will be an all day process. My prayers are that they both get back home safely and y90 is a success and Lew will start feeling much better soon. It’s almost time to go fishing. God’s got this. We love you all. 🙏🙏🙏
