Good news of course!

Women’s Lifting Clinic Coach Elodie Theriault will be adding in another session and will include an intermediate group as well as a beginner group! Stay tuned for upcoming dates.

Elodie will also be expanding her role with us to include One on One Personal Training. We couldn’t be happier to have her on our team.

It’s always nice to have a little reminder:

Please carry your workout shoes in with you. Our equipment and our floors dislike salt. When you wear your gym shoes inside, our equipment takes an extra beating and breaks down more quickly. 🧂 🥾👟

Wipe down equipment as you use it. No brainer. 🧽

Please try not to sit and text/scroll your life away while using equipment that has the potential to be shared with others. Most people are too nice to tell you to move it. 📱

Put away what you use. Handles, weights, equipment, mats etc. Courtesy goes a long way. 🏋🏼

If you are committed to an appointment with your trainer and you can’t be there, please communicate with them to reschedule. You are responsible to pay for your last minute cancellation (unless there is illness or an emergency). 🩼🚨

We understand that parking can be tight sometimes and we appreciate your creativity, especially during the winter months. Please to not park in front of our dumpster or the pathway to our dumpster. If our trash service comes and you’re blocking it, they will leave and it’s very hard to get them back. 🚗🚙

When using the sauna, please put a towel underneath ANYWHERE your skin touches the wooden bench. 😝

Please do NOT put your wet/salty/outdoor shoes Into our lockers. Thats kind of like walking into your home and putting your outdoor shoes Into your cabinets. Yikes! 🧂
