I always hate getting my picture taken because I think I look awkward or look like I’m trying too hard. Enter . . . . Tricia McCormack. She’s photographed me multiple times since I purchased Lenox Fit. This was my fourth professional session with her and she gets it right every single time. I am not sure what I worry about because she makes it hard to pick a favorite! I have grown so much since I purchased LF almost 12 years ago and these photos truly represent how I see myself as a woman, as a fitness professional and as the President of Lenox Fit in 2026.

Tricia also teaches at Lenox Fit, and she’s a favorite among our members and guests. Her energy is the same across the board, whether she is behind the camera, teaching fitness or just being herself - she’s a true professional and I’m so grateful to have her in my circle.

Thank you Tricia for another home run! I’m so grateful for your time and your talent.

Good news of course!

Women’s Lifting Clinic Coach Elodie Theriault will be adding in another session and will include an intermediate group as well as a beginner group! Stay tuned for upcoming dates.

Elodie will also be expanding her role with us to include One on One Personal Training. We couldn’t be happier to have her on our team.
