Kimball Farms Nursing Care Center offers post-acute skilled nursing care for short-term rehabilitation and recovery following surgery or illness, and long-term skilled care for complex medical concerns and custodial care. Conveniently located in Lenox, MA right near the New York border, Kimball Farms Nursing Care Center has been caring for people in the Lenox area for more than a decade. Our award-winning care includes short-term rehabilitation, skilled nursing care, long-term care, Alzheimer’s and dementia care, respite care short stays, hospice services, and the Life Enrichment Memory Program. Locally run and staffed by caring and attentive Leeds-area healthcare professionals, Kimball Farms Nursing Care Center is backed by Integritus Healthcare, a leader among nonprofit, post-acute care providers in Massachusetts. This affiliation gives us the tremendous advantage of access to an extensive network of top healthcare professionals and other resources to support our programs and services. Kimball Farms Nursing Care Center is one of only five centers in the country to earn a 2013 Gold Excellence in Quality National Quality Award from the American Health Care Association and the National Center for Assisted Living. This recognizes Kimball Farms Nursing Care Center as a model of excellence in long-term care. Only 24 centers have achieved this level of quality recognition since the National Quality Award Program in 1996. Modeled after the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award - the nation's premier award for recognizing distinguished achievement - AHCA/NCAL quality awards recognize select communities that serve as models of performance excellence and continuous quality improvement in long-term care services.
