Stop👏🏻over👏🏻complicating👏🏻exercise👏🏻
You don’t need an expensive fancy home gym or to try out all the exercises you see people doing on the internet. Just follow these 4 🔑 tips:
1️⃣ Move. Every 2,000 steps a day we get roughly burns 100 calories 🔥 So lace those shoes up and move your body. 🚶🚶♀️
2️⃣ Lift. Strength training increases lean muscle mass 💪🏻 bone density 🦴 and your basal metabolic rate 📈
4-6 GREAT lifts, done with progressive overload (consistently adding weight) is all you need. Less is more when done well!
3️⃣ Eat real food. You don’t need a fancy diet or a magic supplement but instead try this. If you can’t pronounce the ingredients we should significantly decrease the amount of time we eat it. We all love a good snack but our body loves good clean fuel ⛽️ so the better we feed it the better it will feel
