Chronic pain doesn’t mean you stop moving.

It means the strategy you’ve been using isn’t working.

My clients don’t come to me with “simple” cases.

They’ve had back pain, knee pain, hip issues, disc herniations, failed surgeries, fibromyalgia, years of PT.

They’ve already tried the things.

What they’re actually tired of?

Starting over.

Because the real shift isn’t another exercise.

It’s this:

We stop chasing relief
And start building capacity.

Pain isn’t just about imaging.
It’s about how prepared your body is for your life.

And when we train that?

You stop organizing your world around flare-ups.

You get stronger.
You stay consistent.
You trust your body again — even when life gets busy.

If you’re the kind of woman who knows she can’t keep circling this…

Here’s the move:

Starter Plan – One deep-dive session + a personalized 6-week roadmap so you know exactly what to do next.

6-Month 1:1 Coaching – For the woman who’s done guessing and wants long-term strength, not another reset.

If you’re ready to stop managing and start rebuilding —

Comment 🙌 and I’ll send the details.

No more square one.

If this is you?

Here’s what you can do right now:

Stop negotiating with yourself.

Pick one small thing.
10 minutes.
One lift.
One walk.
One set.

Do it before your brain has time to argue.

Not to be perfect.
Not to overhaul your life.

Just to interrupt the pattern.

Because here’s the real question —

How much more time are you willing to waste having the same conversation with yourself?

Six more months?
Another year?
Another “fresh start” Monday?

At some point, it’s not about information.

It’s about support, structure, and someone helping you break the loop.

If you’re truly a Solver? Aka someone who takes ownership because they KNOW that is the only way things change.

You don’t wait for the voice to disappear.

You move anyway.

Drop CAPACITY and I’ll send you the short training + how the Rebuild Method builds durability without flare-ups.

If you want to age well and feel confident in your body again, it’s not about avoiding impact — it’s about rebuilding your CAPACITY.

Walking and Pilates are great.
But if nothing challenges your ability to absorb force, you’re training comfort — not durability.

Your bones, tendons, and muscles adapt to load.
Without it? You slowly lose power and resilience.

Impact doesn’t mean chaos.
It means strategic force your body learns to control.

And it doesn’t require longer workouts — it requires better programming.

One client told me:
“I thought it would be more rehab or longer workouts… but the programming was manageable and made an impact on my body.”

That’s the difference.

Drop CAPACITY and I’ll send you the short training + how the Rebuild Method builds durability without flare-ups.

If you think rebuilding strength means hours and hours or rehab, long workouts, and rearranging your whole life…

That’s the old model.

This is way smarter.

Drop REBUILD and I’ll send you the easiest way to get started without living in the gym or doing “rehab” forever and ever and ever.

The full list of phrases that need to stay in the last decade⬇️

Curious if you have left an apt and you’ve been personally victimized by these words 👀👀

“Your hips are imbalanced.”
“You’re compensating.”
“That muscle isn’t firing.”
“Your glutes are shut off.”
“You have glute amnesia.”
“Your core is weak.”
“Your TVA isn’t activating.”
“Your pelvis is out of alignment.”
“Your SI joint is out.”
“One leg is shorter than the other.”
“Your back is unstable.”
“You have dysfunction in your movement pattern.”
“You’re quad dominant.”
“Your hamstrings are tight.”
“You have poor internal rotation.”
“Your scapula isn’t tracking correctly.”
“You’re loading wrong.”
“You move incorrectly.”
“You wore out your joints.”
“That disc is degenerating.”
“You’ll always have a bad back.”
“You just have to be careful forever.”
“Don’t bend like that.”
“Never let your knees go past your toes.”
“You shouldn’t squat like that.”
“Running is bad for your knees.”
“You shouldn’t lift heavy at your age.”
“That’s just what happens in menopause.”
“It’s just part of getting older.”

No context.
No conversation about stress, load, recovery, or capacity.
No discussion of how adaptable the human body actually is.

Just labels.

And if you’ve been told these things and walked away feeling fragile, broken, or like your body can’t be trusted…

I’m genuinely sorry.

It sounded scientific.
It sounded responsible.
It sounded protective.

But physiology is not that simplistic.
Pain is not that linear.
And your body is not that incompetent.

Most women weren’t under-informed.
They were misinformed.

Your body adapts to input.
It responds to load.
It builds capacity when trained progressively and intelligently.

You were never broken.
You were just never taught how strength, adaptation, and pain actually work.

And that?
That’s something we can rebuild.

Hellllo!!! 🙋‍♀️🙋‍♀️I’m Dr. Shannon
— a strength & rehab coach for midlife and postpartum women who feel like their body isn’t keeping up with the life they want anymore.

And before I ever coached a single client online, I lived in that exact gap myself — the one where you used to be able to handle so much… and suddenly you can’t.

I remember the years when I wasn’t training much (2017/18/19) and didn’t even realize how much pain I was living in. Slowly things that used to feel easy became hard:

I could barely squat with a bar on my back.
Lunges felt awful.
I used to do 20 pushups like nothing… then doing one felt way harder than it should have.

And honestly?
I felt ashamed. Guilty. Embarrassed.
Like I “let myself get here.”
Like I was too young to be this uncomfortable.
It fu***ng sucks to feel that way.

So if you’re in that space now — where your body used to feel powerful and now it feels unpredictable or limited — I see you.

You’re not broken, and you’re not behind. You’re just under-prepared for the life you’re trying to live.

And this is where my work comes in.

This isn’t just about “functional strength” or “mobility.”
This is about rebuilding the kind of strength, control, and confidence that lets you live your actual life again — without fear, hesitation, or second-guessing every move.

After working together, you’ll be able to:
⚡ Move like yourself again — bending, twisting, getting up/down, carrying real-life loads
⚡ Lift and run without flaring up — because your body can finally handle it
⚡ Trust your joints and your movement again — even after injury or instability
⚡ Build real mobility — not passive stretching, but usable strength in the ranges that matter
⚡ Feel strong, stable, and capable in every part of your life

More strength.
Better mobility.
Improved fitness.

Which translates in real-life terms to:
➡️ running and lifting again
➡️ a better quality of life
➡️ freedom in your body
➡️ consistency that finally sticks
➡️ a future that feels bigger, not smaller

If you’re ready to get strong again — in the ways that actually matter — stick around. You’re exactly who I’m here for. 💛

PSA LADIES!!!!🚨🚨🚨🚨

There is zero high-quality, peer-reviewed evidence showing that “movement dysfunction” — aka moving wrong — reliably causes pain.

Zero.
Not in athletes.
Not in postpartum women.
Not in midlife.
Not in anyone.

If someone tells you your pain is because you “move wrong,” that’s not evidence-based…
it’s an oversimplified story that makes women feel fragile and broken.

Here’s what the research actually shows:

👉 Pain comes from sensitivity and insufficient capacity —
not because your hips tilt, your knees cave in, or you don’t lift in perfect alignment.

Movement isn’t “good” or “bad.”
It’s just movement.

Your body adapts to what you train…
and to what you avoid.

If you want to feel different, you have to train different — not move “perfectly.”

My Story

I am passionate about everything that comes to health and wellness. I strive to live and practice with the “learn in all” mindset. From movement-based therapy to functional nutrition, I am constantly learning and developing to become a well rounded holistic practitioner. I practice with the philosophy that one system or protocol does not work for everyone.

I am determined to educate how intricately the body functions with multiple systems and the cause of your symptoms may not be what it appears to be. You may be in that 20% of people who have had little to short term success with standard treatments or protocols. I want to work with you!

I work side by side with my patients as a guide and a dedicated partner to figure out the root cause of your symptoms. And this all starts with YOUR story...
