This isn’t about random workouts or “tough love.”
It’s not about chasing pain-free.

It’s about developing your body, mindset, and confidence like you would any other skill — through strategy, patience, and smart progress.

That’s why the women in our community move differently now.
They don’t chase the next “fix.”
They’re building something that lasts. 💜

You know what’s wild?
I’m 35 — and I’m stronger, healthier, and more confident than I ever was at 29.

But it’s not because I train harder.
It’s because I stopped running from the hard stuff.

I didn’t grow up athletic.
I fell into a sport in high school by accident.
Didn’t lift a weight until I was 17.
And for years, I had this love–hate relationship with movement and my body.

I’ve looked super skinny and hated my body.
I’ve looked more muscular and still didn’t love my body.
I’ve had injuries when I weighed less, and injuries when I weighed more.

And I used to think fitness was about being perfect —
no pain, no setbacks, no off days.
But that mindset is what kept me stuck.

Now? I see strength differently.
It’s not about avoiding discomfort —
it’s about moving through it and learning from it.

And I’ll say this too —
I’m actually excited to get older.

Because that whole “just wait till you’re 40 or 50 or 60” narrative?
Pretty sure that’s just the story people tell because they believe that’s how it has to be.

But it doesn’t.
You can age and get stronger.
You can grow older and feel better.

If I can learn to train with purpose, stay consistent,
and be stronger at 35 than I was at 29 —
I know you can too. 💪

You didn’t come all this way to sit on the sidelines.

Not on vacation.
Not in motherhood.
Not in your own damn life.

There are 5 spots left — and this is the last chance before the new year.

If you’re done shrinking your life to avoid pain…
I built this for you.

DM me “READY” — let’s make this your comeback season.

“I’m scared to make it worse.”🚨

If you’ve ever found yourself afraid to twist, lift, or even move a certain way because of your back pain…
You’re not alone.

You used to move without thinking.
Now, even bending over can feel like a gamble.

And maybe you’ve been told the solution is rest, stretching, or walking “gently.”
But you’re still in pain.
Still guarding every step.
Still wondering why nothing actually fixes it.

Let’s be real:

👉 Your pain isn’t from “too much.”
It’s from not enough of the right kind of movement.

And that includes strength training.
Yes, even with back pain.

You don’t need to protect your spine like it’s glass.
You need to load it smartly, move it through full ranges, and stop overthinking every rep.

Because the real danger?

It’s not lifting heavy.
It’s living small.

Here’s what actually works:

✔️ Progressive overload that respects your nervous system
✔️ Training your spine to move, not freeze
✔️ Support that meets you where you are (not where you were 10 years ago)
✔️ Learning to trust your body again — without overcorrecting every tiny “flaw” in form

Truth? The women I coach aren’t reckless.

They’re just done living in fear.

And when you shift from “I can’t risk it” to “I can prepare for it”…
That’s when everything changes.

If your back pain is stealing your energy, workouts, or confidence —
comment STRONG or DM me and I’ll send you a free strength-based roadmap for pain that doesn’t rely on rest.

Because you were never meant to shrink to feel safe.

You were meant to get stronger. 🔥

Feeling like you’re chasing your “old self”—the one who could lift, run, hike, and never pause?

You’re not alone. It’s gut‑wrenching when your body no longer feels capable—when you think, “I should still be able to do this,” but your hip, back, or joints say otherwise.

Here’s the thing: measuring your worth by your “old normal” keeps you stuck.
You’re not broken.
You’re just trying to follow a plan you’re no longer built for.

The real shift?
It’s not about going back. It’s about moving forward—stronger, smarter, and with more trust in your body.

In my coaching work, we rebuild strength that works for this season of life—not just nostalgia for the past.

👉 If you’re done comparing to your old records and ready to build your current‑normal body—drop a “ME NOW” in the comments.

Let’s start the real conversation.

My Story

I am passionate about everything that comes to health and wellness. I strive to live and practice with the “learn in all” mindset. From movement-based therapy to functional nutrition, I am constantly learning and developing to become a well rounded holistic practitioner. I practice with the philosophy that one system or protocol does not work for everyone.

I am determined to educate how intricately the body functions with multiple systems and the cause of your symptoms may not be what it appears to be. You may be in that 20% of people who have had little to short term success with standard treatments or protocols. I want to work with you!

I work side by side with my patients as a guide and a dedicated partner to figure out the root cause of your symptoms. And this all starts with YOUR story...
