April 2026 marks 25 years of Sexual Assault Awareness Month. This year’s theme, "25 Years Stronger: Looking Back, Moving Forward," reminds us of the progress made and the work still ahead in supporting survivors and preventing violence.

Healing is a journey, and finding the right support shouldn't be a barrier. Our team is dedicated to connecting survivors and families to confidential, trauma-informed mental health support.

You may feel like you’re carrying this alone, but you don’t have to. When you’re ready, there is a community waiting to listen, believe, and support you.

This Women's History Month, we're celebrating the people who show up every single day for students who need them most. 💜

Meet Katrina, a school counselor at Rialto USD, who became the person she wished she'd had growing up. Her "why" is personal, and you can feel it in every word.

We're so grateful to work alongside care heroes like Katrina who make sure no student has to face hard times without support.

Thank you, Katrina. 🙏

Monrovia partnered with Care Solace to provide a 24/7 pathway to support for residents, and when crisis hit, it became a lifeline.

When the Eaton Fire struck, residents could reach a real person any time of day, get matched to the right support, and find help for everything from trauma counseling to emergency housing. Since launch, Monrovia has seen 9,730 service requests and an average time to first appointment of just 12.6 days, nearly 5x faster than the national average of 67 days.

We’re excited to partner with the Town of Bourne, Massachusetts to expand access to mental health and substance use support for the entire community. 🎉

Through this partnership, Bourne residents now have access to Care Solace’s 24/7 care coordination services. Day or night, residents can connect with a real person who will help them find available mental health and substance use providers, verify insurance, and schedule appointments.

We’re grateful to work alongside Bourne’s leadership to make it easier for residents to find the care they need.💙

1 in 5 U.S. women experience a mental health condition every year. That's not a small number, that's someone in nearly every room you walk into.

During Women’s History Month, we recognize the strength of women while also making space for honest conversations about mental health. Support matters. Access matters. No one should have to navigate it alone.

If you or someone you love needs mental health support, we're here.

March is Self-Harm Awareness Month. Self-harm is often used to cope with intense emotional pain, but it can quickly become a dangerous cycle. If you're concerned about someone you care about, here are a few ways to approach the conversation with compassion:

* Choose the right moment: Find a private, quiet space where they feel safe.
* Lead with concern, not judgment: Avoid questions like "Why are you doing this?" Instead, try: "I've noticed some changes, and I'm genuinely worried about you."
* Listen more than you speak: Be patient, stay present, and let them share only what they're comfortable with.

You don't have to navigate this alone. If you or someone you know needs support, Care Solace is here to help. We'll work with you to understand your options, find available providers in your community, and take the guesswork out of the mental health system.

This International Women’s Day, we’re reflecting on the truth that strength lies in connection to one another. We’re honoring the writers, activists, and icons who remind us that every woman is standing with millions of sisters around the world.

We continue to encourage girls and young women to speak up, challenge expectations, and become the next generation of trailblazers and leaders. That includes the vital work of advocating for their own mental health and well-being.

Swipe through for a few reminders of just how far women have come, and how much further they can go together.
