SPRHS accepts Medicaid, Medicare, and most private health insurance plans. They also serve individuals that are not covered by health insurance. Patients are charged for services on a sliding fee scale based on the household size and income. In accordance with federal regulations, proof of income must be provided for the patient to be eligible for any sliding fee discount on services. South Plains Rural Health is now offering CPR classes based on sufficient interest. We can accommodate a Saturday class from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM, provided we have at least 6 participants. The registration fee per participant will be $50. Please respond if you would like to get certified.
