We had a wonderful holiday Alumni Event last night for STR LV at Coca-Cola Park in Allentown! 🎄✨

More than 30 alumni and family members joined us for an evening filled with holiday lights, a buffet dinner, a heated dugout, and a cozy fire pit. It was a night full of laughs, connection, and meaningful fellowship.

We’re grateful to everyone who came out to celebrate the season with us!

STR Bucks County Outpatient is excited to introduce individual holistic sessions with a variety of different offerings. We also still offer our group sessions, see our current schedule below:

Mondays at STR:
• 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM — Yoga / Mindfulness / Ayurveda (all levels, therapeutic & restorative) in the Large Group Room
• 12:00 PM – 2:00 PM — Individual wellness sessions in The Zen Den

Meet Ry:
Ry brings a truly holistic approach to wellness as a Certified E-RYT 500 Yoga Instructor, Mindfulness Meditation Guide, Group Facilitator, Ayurvedic Specialist, and Usui & Karuna Holy Fire Reiki Master/Teacher. Ry is also a Certified Crystal & Card Reader, offering clients supportive, grounding practices to enhance mind–body healing.

These sessions are a great way to reconnect, slow down, and nurture your recovery. All interested clients are welcome to join.

STR Behavioral Health was proud to bring mental wellness awareness to the Lehigh Valley community through our recent Networking, Resource & Training Event with Benjamin Iobst, Army Veteran and retired police sergeant at BTI Consulting.

It was an incredible afternoon of connection, collaboration, and learning as veterans, first responders, medical staff, and treatment providers came together to explore practical strategies for managing stress, building resilience, and supporting one another.

We’re grateful to Benjamin for leading such an impactful discussion and to all who joined us for this meaningful event—continuing our shared mission to strengthen mental wellness for those who serve our communities.
