Strikes were definitely the theme of the day at Lefty’s! 🎳

Our residents had a ball bowling, and let’s just say, one strike was never enough! 😉There were plenty of spares picked up, lots of laughter rolling through the lanes, and some friendly competition that was right up our alley!

We’re extremely proud to share that resident Dr. Anand Panwalker, M.D., was recently presented with the Order of the First State — Delaware’s highest civilian honor — by Governor Matt Meyer earlier this month.

A distinguished infectious disease physician and educator, Dr. Panwalker has influenced healthcare in Delaware for decades. Previously honored by the Medical Society of Delaware, this latest recognition highlights his lasting impact on our state’s medical community.

Equally notable as his professional achievements is Dr. Panwalker’s humility and steady support of The Moorings, our team, and our mission. During the award ceremony, also attended by State Representative Claire Snyder-Hall and State Senator Dan Cruce, he spoke proudly about our community and its strong leadership.

An accomplished author as well, Dr. Panwalker continues to inspire all those around him.
