Your body is designed to move and work. Active Release Therapy is just the beginning of healing. It turns down the noise of your pain so that you can get back to doing the things that you love.
As soon as you start feel better, you must load up and strengthen the muscles/soft-tissues in order to build resilience and correct the problem long term.
