Spring is here—and it’s the perfect time to reset, learn something new, and take care of yourself in simple ways.
Whether you’re slowing down, diving deeper, or just showing up, this week has a little something for you.

Here’s what’s flowing (Apr 5–Apr 12):

✨ Tuesday at 7PM – Beginner’s Yoga Course
Don’t miss the April course — the last beginner series until fall. If you’ve been thinking about starting, this is your moment.

🎶 Thursday at 7PM – Restore + Sound
Settle into supported, restful shapes while sound healing helps you soften, release, and fully unwind. A full-body exhale.

🎓 Friday at 6PM – YTT Weekend
Our Yoga Teacher Training continues! If you missed this round, the next training begins Fall 2026 — stay tuned.

🌿 Saturday at 1:30PM – Intro to Ayurveda
Explore the basics of this ancient system of wellness. Learn how to better understand your body, your energy, and simple ways to support balance in everyday life.

🔧 Sunday at 3:30PM – Mobility Series: MFR for Hormone Shifts
Supporting fascia through perimenopause and menopause with intelligent recovery and care. As estrogen fluctuates, connective tissue changes—stiffness can show up in the hips, shoulders, low back, and more.

This workshop explores how hormonal shifts impact fascia and mobility, using guided myofascial release, breathwork, and nervous system support.
This work can help you stay fluid, strong, and supported — so you can move with your changing body, not against it.

And of course, your regular weekly classes are here to keep you moving, breathing, and supported all week long.

What are you holding onto?

Expectations.
Outcomes.
The way you think things should be.

We don’t always notice how tightly we’re gripping—
until it starts to feel heavy.

Aparigraha invites us to soften that grip.
To release what we don’t need to carry.

Not by forcing it away—
but by gently letting it go.

You don’t have to hold onto everything.

What feels ready to be released?

This week we explore Aparigraha — non-attachment.

Often understood as letting go, Aparigraha invites a softer, more spacious way of living.

Not forcing.
Not gripping.
Not clinging to how things should be.

We hold on in ways we don’t always notice.

To expectations.
To outcomes.
To identities we’ve outgrown.

And sometimes, the tighter we hold,
the heavier everything feels.

Aparigraha is not about detachment from life.

It’s about creating space within it.

Space to breathe.
Space to change.
Space to allow things to unfold.

When we begin to loosen our grip, something shifts.

There is less tension.
Less resistance.
More trust.

This week, ask yourself:

✨ What am I holding onto that I can begin to release?
✨ What would it feel like to trust the unfolding?

Ever wonder why what works for someone else… doesn’t always work for you?

Ayurveda offers a different way of looking at health — one that’s rooted in understanding your unique makeup and how to support it with more balance and ease.

Join us on Saturday, April 11 at 1:30 PM for Intro to Ayurveda, a beginner-friendly workshop exploring the foundational principles of this ancient science of life.

We’ll look at the three doshas — Vata, Pitta, and Kapha — and how they show up in your body, your energy, and your daily rhythms. You’ll begin to understand your own constitution and learn simple, practical ways to support balance in everyday life.

This is not about doing more.
It’s about doing what actually works for you.

Through discussion, gentle movement, and accessible self-care practices, you’ll leave with a deeper understanding of yourself — and tools you can start using right away.

New month energy is in the air.
A little lighter, a little brighter, and the perfect time to reset your rhythm. This week is all about moving what needs to move and letting go of what you don’t need to carry.

Here’s what’s flowing (Mar 30–Apr 5):

Where is your energy going today?

Into what drains you…
into what pulls you away from yourself…

Or into what supports you?
What brings you back?

We don’t always notice it in the moment—
how our energy is being used,
where it’s being given.

But over time, we feel it.

Brahmacharya invites us to become aware of this.
To notice where our energy is going,
and how we choose to use it.

✨ Notice where your energy is going—
and how you choose to use it.

Where do you feel your energy going lately?

This week we explore Brahmacharya — balance and intention.

Traditionally linked to restraint, Brahmacharya invites us into a more nuanced practice:

✨ a middle path of awareness.

It asks us to turn inward.
To notice the pull of the senses.
And to become more conscious of where our energy is going.

In modern life, this can show up as overindulgence.

Too much stimulation.
Too much consumption.
Too much of what constantly pulls us outward.

And over time, it can leave us feeling
scattered, drained, and disconnected.

Brahmacharya is not about restriction.

It’s about relationship.

With your energy.
Your attention.
Your choices.

When we begin to choose with intention, something shifts.

The mind settles.
The noise softens.
And there is more space for clarity.

This week, pause and ask:

Is this nourishing my energy
or draining it?

Let that awareness guide you.

✨ Where might you be giving your energy away right now?

A quiet afternoon to reset.

Join us on Sunday, March 29 at 1:00 PM for a Sound Bath Meditation Experience — a space to slow down, soften, and come back to yourself.

Guided meditation, journaling, and the sound of crystal bowls create space to finally exhale. Nothing to do. Nowhere to be. Just lie down, get comfortable, and let the sound carry you.

This is time to step out of doing.
To rest.
To be held for a little while.

How often do we rush our practice
trying to keep up with something outside of ourselves?

In yoga, it’s easy to compare.
To move faster.
To push toward what we think we should be doing.

But when we do that,
we take ourselves out of our own experience.

Your practice has its own rhythm.
Its own timing.

There is nothing to prove here.

Stay in your practice.

What helps you stay focused on your own mat?

This week we explore Asteya — non-stealing.

Often we think of stealing in obvious ways: taking something that isn’t ours.

But in yoga philosophy, Asteya also invites us to notice the subtle ways we take more than we need.

It can look like interrupting someone’s time.
Taking credit that belongs to another.
Or comparing our lives in ways that quietly steal our own joy.

At the heart of Asteya is a practice of trusting in enoughness.

Enough opportunities.
Enough time.
Enough worth.

When we trust that our path is unfolding in its own time, the urge to grasp or compare begins to soften.

This week, notice where you can practice:

• honoring people’s time
• celebrating others’ successes
• giving credit freely
• trusting your own path

Nothing meant for you will be taken by someone else.

What does “enough” look like in your life right now?
