Another week, another chance to move, breathe, and feel good in your body.

Whether you’re looking to build strength, slow things down, or simply take a little time for yourself, there are plenty of ways to plug into your practice this week.

Here’s what’s flowing (Mar 16–Mar 22):

🧘‍♀️ Tuesday at 5PM – Community Meditation (FREE!)
A simple 15-minute reset to pause, breathe, and reconnect. Join us in person or online for guided meditation that helps settle the mind and bring you back to center.

✨ Tuesday at 7PM – Beginner’s Yoga Course
Our March series is underway! If you missed it, join us for the April course — the last beginner series until fall. A supportive place to learn the basics and build confidence on the mat.

📖 Thursday at 7PM – Yoga + Book Club
Move first, then settle in for conversation around this month’s read, The Correspondent: A Novel by Virginia Evans. Come whether you’ve finished the book or are just getting started — the conversation is always the best part.

🎶 Friday at 11AM – Yin + Sound
Slow, supported yin postures paired with immersive sound healing to release tension and create space in both body and mind.

🌬 Friday at 6PM – Breathwork + Journaling
A powerful evening practice using conscious connected breath to shift energy and clear mental clutter, followed by journaling to integrate and reflect.

And of course, your regular weekly classes are here to keep you moving, breathing, and supported all week long.

What would change in your practice
if you met yourself with honesty?

Some days we feel strong.
Some days we need to slow down.

Yoga invites us to notice what is actually here —
instead of pushing toward what we think it should look like.

Sometimes honesty means pausing mid-flow.
Sometimes it means adjusting your stance or choosing a modification.
Sometimes it’s simply closing your eyes and taking a breath.

When we practice with honesty,
we begin to listen more closely.

And that’s where real awareness begins.

What does honesty look like in your practice right now?

This week we explore Satya — truthfulness.

In yoga philosophy, Satya is more than simply telling the truth.

It’s about living in alignment with what is real and authentic for you.

Sometimes truth is easy to speak.
Other times it asks for courage.

It might look like setting a boundary.
Admitting a mistake.
Letting go of something that no longer feels aligned.

But yoga reminds us that truth should always be practiced through Ahimsa — with kindness and compassion.

Truth that harms is not wisdom.
Truth shared with care creates connection.

When we allow ourselves to live honestly, something shifts.

The pressure to perform fades.
The need to pretend softens.
And life begins to feel lighter.

This week, pause and ask yourself:

What feels most true for me right now?

Your inner voice is worth listening to.

Clenching your jaw during the day?
Grinding your teeth at night?
Holding tension in your face without even realizing it?

Stress often lives in the jaw — and most of us carry it longer than we need to.

Join us Sunday, March 15 at 3:30 PM for Mobility Series: MFR for Face + TMJ, a focused workshop designed to help release jaw tension, improve mobility, and bring relief to the muscles of the face.

Using myofascial release techniques, gentle mobilizations, and simple strengthening, you’ll learn practical ways to soften tight muscles and create space in the jaw again.

Many people leave feeling lighter in their face, clearer in their head, and surprised at how much tension they were holding.

If your jaw has been doing a lot of work lately… this session is for you.

Led by Dimitra Kotanides,
500 HR E-RYT, Yoga Therapist & Functional Movement Specialist.

What would your practice feel like if it came from kindness instead of pressure?

Sometimes we think progress in yoga means pushing deeper or doing more.

But part of the practice is learning to listen.

To respect the body you are in today.

To soften when you need to.
To move with awareness instead of force.

Let your practice begin with kindness.

What helps you stay kind to your body during practice?

This week we begin with Ahimsa — non-violence.

Often translated simply as “do no harm,” Ahimsa invites something deeper.

It is the practice of kindness in every direction.

Kindness toward the way we speak to ourselves.
Kindness toward the people we meet.
Kindness toward the earth, the spaces we enter, and the energy we bring.

Sometimes violence is obvious.
Other times it shows up quietly — through harsh self-criticism, impatience, gossip, or indifference.

Ahimsa asks us to slow down and become aware of the impact of our thoughts, words, and actions.

Not perfectly.
Just consciously.

This week, pause before reacting and ask:

Is it kind?
Is it necessary?
Is it true?

Small moments of compassion ripple outward more than we realize.

✨ Where can you practice a little more kindness this week? ✨

Join us on Sunday, March 8 at 1:00 PM for Candlelit Yin + Yoga Nidra: Renewed Energy — an afternoon of slow, supported Yin followed by deeply restorative Yoga Nidra, all held in the soft glow of candlelight.

We’ll begin with long, gentle holds to release tension and settle the body. From there, you’ll be guided into Yoga Nidra — a meditative state between wakefulness and sleep where the system resets and energy quietly restores.

This isn’t about pushing.
It’s about replenishing.

Step away feeling lighter, clearer, and recharged from the inside out.

Pause.
Restore.
Renew.

We celebrate the big moments.
The milestones.
The breakthroughs.
The visible change.

But most of growth is quieter.

It’s returning.
It’s repeating.
It’s staying when things feel ordinary.

You’re still here.
And that’s not small.

Still here counts.

What if one evening could shift everything?

Join us on Friday, February 27 at 6:00 PM for Breathwork + Journaling, an immersive experience using silent disco headphones and conscious connected breathwork to help clear what’s been building beneath the surface.

We’ll begin with grounding and intention setting, then move into a guided breath journey set to a powerful soundscape — rhythmic, steady, and deeply transformative. Afterward, we’ll close with journaling and reflection to help integrate what surfaced.

This practice can be moving.
Sometimes surprising.
Always revealing.

Each month explores a new theme — inviting you deeper into your breath, your body, and your own clarity.

Come breathe.
Feel the shift.
