Full-time Garden Manager: We are looking for someone with a passion for gardening, the desire to inspire young minds and take on the role of “plant and people keeper” for our programs, and who can oversee the day-to-day operations that keep our programs growing strong.

Full and part-time Garden Educators: We are seeking enthusiastic people to bring hands-on, earth-based learning to youth at our school sites and community garden beds in Sussex County. If you're passionate about plants, love working with youth, and want to spend your days outside connecting kids to nature and food systems, this role is for you.

Board Member: A dedicated board of people who believe in a common mission is a necessity for any non-profit organization, including ours! We are currently looking for individuals with skills in outreach, storytelling, and fundraising. We also have an immediate need for a Board Secretary to maintain meeting records and organizational documentation.
