After 40 years, I’m saying till we meet again.

All of my patients records will be transferred to Dedicated to Women. In the up coming months Mary will be contacting you to change your appointment to one of their providers.

If you choose to go to another provider Mary will forward your records there.

I can’t thank you enough for the support and dedication through out the years.
