Guys…I LOVE to eat lots of food. The typical breakfast foods just don’t leave me feeling satisfied. Usually because they are lower in protein and higher in sugar.
My favorite and money saving weekend breakfast is to take all the leftover veggies from the week, sauté them up, and put two eggs on top.
I’ve saved money by not letting food go to waste and I get a big healthy breakfast that will keep me full all morning.
