Decision making has never been easy for me. This one was extra hard.

I have decided to close Brainstar Wellness.

Brainstar has been my passion project since it first came to life in 2020 during the COVID-19 pandemic. It came a long way, and I am so proud of it. But, the time has come. I can no longer give it the love and attention it deserves and it's time to move on.

Inventory is limited but still currently available at Natural Food & Garden Store (Lewisburg), CycleUp Cafe (Lewisburg), Nature's Pantry (State College), and Dancing Tiger Movement & Meditation (Bellefonte). Be sure to grab it before it's gone.

Thank you all so much for supporting this vision, for drinking these blends, and for being part of something so meaningful to me. It truly means the world.

I’m so excited to announce the launch of my monthly virtual book discussion club—and you’re invited. 📖

Our first read is Think Like a Monk by —a grounding, inspiring guide to training the mind for peace, purpose, and clarity in everyday life. We’ll explore how ancient wisdom can help us slow down, release negativity, and live more intentionally in a modern world. 🙏

This is one of my favorite books of all time. Listening to the audiobook narrated by the author is fantastic, too.
