It goes without saying that we’ve had a rough few months and start to 2022. Just remember, through it all the Brotherhood and Sisterhood of the fire service is strong and you don’t have to walk this traumatic and tragic path alone. There’s no shame in asking for help, or just talking through what may be bothering you.
