Jenifer brings a wealth of clinical experience, compassion, and a patient-first approach that aligns perfectly with our mission to provide accessible, personalized, relationship-based healthcare. She is passionate about preventive care, chronic disease management, and truly getting to know her patients—without the rush or red tape of traditional healthcare.

What is Direct Primary Care (DPC)?
Soza Direct Primary Care is a membership-based primary care model designed to put patients first. Membership includes:
✔️ Longer, unrushed appointments
✔️ Direct access to your clinician
✔️ Preventive and chronic care
✔️ No insurance billing or middlemen

💲 Membership Fee: $75 per month per person
📝 Enrollment Fee: $50 per person (one-time)

Please note:
• DPC is not insurance
• We currently serve adults 18+ only
• We are unable to see Medicare or Medicaid patients
