The holidays bring family, traditions, and time together, but they can also bring more exposure to alcohol and other substances. As kids grow up, the way we talk with them about drugs and alcohol needs to grow too.

The holidays are a time to unwind and celebrate, but mixing substances can lead to effects you didn’t expect. Combining them can 𝒔 𝒍 𝒐 𝒘 your reaction time, 𝕔𝕝𝕠𝕦𝕕 your judgment, and 🆁🅰🅸🆂🅴 the risk of accidents or even overdose.

If you choose to use, stick to 𝐎𝐍𝐄 substance and know your limits. Give your body time to process before adding anything else. Honestly, the safest choice is not mixing at all.
