Office available for rent in downtown Lewiston. We are looking for one or more licensed wellness professionals to join the Androscoggin Wellness Group in Lewiston. We are a group of private practitioners looking to add more practitioners to our group, which includes counseling, acupuncture, massage therapy and health coaching.
Rent includes all utilities, internet, professional use of the printer/fax and presence in our marketing initiatives. The building has an elevator and our suite has an ADA bathroom. We have a kitchenette with a fridge and microwave. We are close to public parking.

Our goal is to not only create a high quality of service for our clients but a high quality, professional environment for providers which includes cross-referrals and peer support.

Androscoggin Wellness Group, LLC was formed by a group of wellness practitioners, each in private practice, who wanted the freedom offered by their private practices, but the social and economic support of working in a group. Lorraine O. Wight, LCSW, Bruce Webber, LCSW and Lynn MacDonald-Webber, LAc formed the LLC in December, 2015 for the purpose of operating a space for licensed wellness providers to support each other in their work. We are currently operating offices that includes 8 office spaces, 2 waiting rooms, a kitchenette, a community room, and 4 bathrooms. Our offices are class A office space, centrally located in downtown Lewiston, ME on Park Street in the Five County Bank Building. We have elevator access, ADA approved bathroom facilities. For our tenants we provide utilities, Wi-Fi, copying and fax, kitchenette, and a group practice atmosphere.
Our office rates are competitively priced for similarly equipped therapy spaces in the area. Therapists offices are rented per day/ per month, or monthly. The majority of our offices are $500/month including, utilities, copying, fax, and Wi-Fi. A therapist who wanted an office to see clients, for example, every Monday, one day/per month would pay $125 for rent. 2 days/ per month would pay $250 for rent. And so on until the full time rent is reached. We currently have full and part time practitioners with a range of skills. We frequently cross refer and support each other professionally. Currently practicing at Androscoggin Wellness Group are social workers, professional counselors, a massage therapist, an acupuncturist, and a substance abuse counselor. We have two open offices available and are looking to add to the group.
