Opportunities Unlimited, Inc. & OUI Thrift Store Private, non-profit organization helping those with disabilities. OUI also has a Thrift Store at our Snake River location in Lewiston.

As a private, nonprofit organization for the purpose of providing evaluation, training, employment, education, placement and support services to individuals with emotional, physical and developmental disabilities, including people with severe disabilities and people who are disadvantaged. These services are provided to increase their level of independent functioning, vocational skills and earned income in order to decrease their reliance upon public and private support.

One of the ways we are able to help is through assisting people with disabilities who are making a move into independent living with housewares. This is Allison. She's a targeted service coordinator who supports people in our communities to live as independently as they can. Today, we were able to help with some items for a couple folks moving into their own apartment. Congrats to them! And thanks to our staff who make it happen.

We need a new fence at our Snake River Avenue location. We have seen some increased traffic and we want to ensure our building, vehicles, and people are as safe as they can be. New fences cost a bit of money, but we have a very generous friend who continually supports our cause and has stated that he will match up to $5000 in donations to help us get to our $12,000 goal.
